The complete apparatus is supplied with A 125ml conical bottom boiling flask modified to provide a thermocouple well and an inlet with a 1.0mm capillary tip for nitrogen and water, a distilling head that leads to a condenser, a head, a condenser, a head adapter, and a collection vessel for the distillate. The system is designed to ensure efficient separation and accurate determination of hydroxypropoxy content in accordance with USP <421>.
